TENTATIVE SCHEDULE for EXHIBITORS
Friday and Saturday
| 6:30am | Exhibitor Set Up (Friday only) |
| 7:30 am - 9:00 am | Attendee check-In Attendees will check-in at the doors and then pass through the Exhibitors to receive their swag bag and continental breakfast, before returning to the Exhibitor area until doors open for the Keynote presentation at 8:20am. |
| 8:30 am - 9:45 am | Welcome/Keynote presentation |
| 9:45 am - 10:15 am | Exhibitor Break Attendees are given an "Exhibitor Adventure Map" to complete throughout the day by visiting exhibits and submitting for a raffle prize at the end of each day. This 30-minute break encourages attendees to engage with more exhibitors for a longer time. Exhibitors may contribute 1 or 2 Raffle prizes in order to reconnect with attendees. (see 3:15 - 3:30pm) |

| 11:00 am - 11:15 am | BREAK This 15 minute break prior to a lunch session allows attendees to move to another session or to get their Box Lunch. |
| 11:00 am - 12:15 pm | LUNCH (A) Attendees will choose their lunch session. During this time, they will have 75 minutes to get their lunch, visit with Exhibitors, and network with other parents or professionals. |

LEVEL 1 Our "Top Talent" Sponsors are all about the FULL CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE. These sponsors are dedicated to the quality presentations, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities that make the IAGC Conference so valuable to the educators who work with advanced learners. Our Level 1 "Top Talent" Sponsors introduce our Keynote Speakers and are offered an exclusive Meet and Greet following the Keynote presentation. New this year -- 2 VIP tickets to the Friday Social Hour, a mini-breakout session, and 2 free box-lunches per day. Their logo and name are prominently displayed throughout the conference on various promotional banners and session materials. They are provided with two exhibitor tables in a prime Exhibitor Space in the Conference Atrium. In addition to the many promotional communications of our Level 2 and Level 3 Exhibitors, "Top Talent" Sponsors remain visible on the IAGC Home Page for an additional 2 months.
| LEVEL 2 Our "Super Scout" Sponsors are all about MAKING CONNECTIONS prior to CONFERENCE DAY. These Sponsors receive all the Level 3 Exhibitor benefits, as well as a full month of promotions prior to the Conference, by sharing Sponsor logos and links, through the IAGC Website, IAGC emails, and social media blasts. "Super Scout" Sponsors will also have early access to Conference attendees via a virtual Sponsor Booth in the event app SCHED. New this year -- 1 VIP ticket to Friday's Social Hour; A Sponsor Video option is available in event app (SCHED); 1 free box-lunch per day; Special highlighting on the Exhibitor Adventure Map. "Super Scout" Sponsors are provided with up to two exhibitor tables in the Atrium, early set-up, and recognition signage throughout the event space.
| LEVEL 3 Our "Bridge Buddy" Exhibitors are all about CONFERENCE DAY INTERACTION. They are eager to interact with the 500+ attendees who attend our two-day conference. New this year: An Exhibitor "Adventure Map"; 30-minute Exhibitor Visit Breaks for attendees to spend more time visiting exhibitor booths; option to purchase a box-lunch; a SCHED virtual exhibitor booth to share resources and collect contact information. All Exhibitors will be located in well-trafficked areas in the Atrium or hallways leading to breakout rooms where they can display their products and promotions, collect contact information for potential interest, offer give-away contests, and more. Exhibitors can contribute a brochure or promo item to the Conference Swag Bag. Bridge Buddy Exhibitors are provided a 6' table, 2 chairs, power access, and the option to add-on an additional table.
