Join the IAGC for an in-depth discussion and workshop for Regional, District, and School Leaders across the state of Illinois as we examine updated IL State Education Policies regarding gifted programs, accelerated placement, and the application of best practices in advanced learner instruction.

To ensure that you and your leadership team are prepared to take ACTION to develop, initiate, evaluate, or improve the Accelerated Placement policies, process, and procedures that best meet the needs of students served in your locality.

This 1-day summit is a virtual event that includes:

informative and timely presentations from IAGC, ISBE, and/or other experts in Acceleration Policy, Law, and Requirements
group / panel discussion among highlighted districts from across the state to demonstrate a variety of Acceleration Procedure Models
breakout room workshops for guidance in Planning an Acceleration Process, and the opportunity to network with similar districts
